Zeke the Working Dog

Charlotte and Zeke were on the radio show called 'Creating Confidence and Calm for the Working Dog' and this is what she writes after:

Suzy, I am so very appreciative of the healing/communication session we had last Thursday. I noticed a change in Zeke immediately. I have run the program for him and run some clearings. I am so impressed and happy with the results and I can say, so is Zeke. What a difference this has made in his life at home with us and his other canine housemates. We didn't have one instance with "pestering" each other. In fact, I saw the boys sniffing each other in a very normal dog like manner. How awesome is that??? Incredible!!!!

The job I have given him at the house is he is to find all his toys and play with each one of them. This might sound like a large order for a dog, but remember he is a border collie and needs tons to do. So far, he loves it.

I did take him herding yesterday and I do believe this is one of the best sessions he has had in a long time. What I did differently was I asked him to pay attention at the start as we were doing a very different task than usual. We were putting a single ewe and her one week old twin lambs in a pen in the barn. Now, the mom is overly protective and the babies are clueless. This can often times be a real challenge for the dog and handler. Just the right amount of pressure is needed to convince the ewe to go into the barn. Too much pressure and you have as ewe that is willing to fight the dog.

I have to say Zeke did it with style, grace and perfect patience. I told him I was proud of him and it was a job well done!

This is such a gift, I thank you for your work and I find myself saying, what else is possible???
